Membership Agreement: By signing up, you agree to abide by
all RepX Gym rules and
policies.
Minimum Age: Members must be at least 16 years old. Those
under 18 require parental
consent.
Membership Fees: All fees are payable in advance. Missed
payments may result in
suspended access.
Cancellations: Monthly memberships can be canceled anytime
with 7 days' notice
before the next billing cycle.
Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable except in cases
of documented medical
issues.
Access: Your membership grants you access during staffed
hours unless otherwise
stated.
Code of Conduct: Members must respect staff, equipment, and
fellow gym-goers at all
times.
Health & Safety: Members must ensure they are medically fit
to exercise. RepX Gym
is not liable for injuries.
Personal Belongings: RepX Gym is not responsible for lost
or stolen items.
Changes to Terms: RepX Gym reserves the right to amend
these terms with appropriate
notice.
Equipment Usage: Members must use equipment properly and return weights and
accessories to their designated places after use.
Dress Code: Appropriate workout attire and clean athletic footwear are required at
all times for hygiene and safety.
Guest Policy: Guests must be signed in, pay applicable fees, and adhere to all gym
rules. Members are responsible for their guests' conduct.
Locker Usage: Lockers are for daily use only unless otherwise arranged. Items left
overnight may be removed.
Class Reservations: Group classes may require advance booking. Missed bookings
without cancellation may result in limited future reservations.
Behavior Policy: Aggressive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior will result in
warnings or immediate termination of membership.
Photos & Videos: Recording or photography inside the gym requires prior approval to
respect others’ privacy.
Smoking & Substance Use: Smoking, alcohol, and drug use are strictly prohibited on
gym premises.
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed in the gym, with the exception of certified service
animals.
Emergency Closures: In case of emergencies or required maintenance, RepX Gym may
close temporarily without prior notice, with reasonable effort made to inform members.
